FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves exsizing thoracic portion of the esophagus. The stomach is separated from the duodenum. Stomach graft is rotated on the left gastric artery and vein and short gastric blood vessels in frontal plane by 180 deg with its pyloric portion upwards. Anastomosis of the esophagus stump and pyloric part of the stomach is carried out. Anastomosis of the proximal part of the stomach and small intestine loop is created. EFFECT: reduced tension in sutured tissues; improved graft blood supply; prevented anastomosis sutures inconsistency. 4 dwg
