SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with combined operations upon gastric and intestinal cancer metastasing into pancreas. One should mobilize the body and the tail of pancreas up to resection level, suture pancreatic parenchyma, moreover, the needle should be punctured in area of the upper edge along posterior surface and applied at the distance of 10 mm; one should puncture the needle out at posterior surface, pancreatic parenchyma should be sutures along inferior pancreatic edge. Then one should dissect pancreas at resection level by leaving 5 mm against the sutures to the left towards the spleen. Then it is necessary to tighten pancreatic duct, s for pancreatic stump it shouldn't be sutures in. Te innovation enables to prevent the development of pancreatitis and pancreonecrosis of pancreatic stump in case of distal resections.
