FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making pancreas resection. Proximal stump of the gland is brought through openings in the transverse mesentery. The stump is attached to the opening boundary. The tissues are sutured in the vicinity of the transverse mesentery and superior and inferior stump margins. Two trapezoid flaps facing the middle colic artery with their broad bases are cut out from the transverse mesentery. Flap edges are sutured to each other above the gland stump. The superior flap edges are attached to the anterior abdominal wall. The so formed cavity is drained. EFFECT: prevented pyoseptic complications. 2 dwg
