FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: method includes formation of intrapleural, postcolonic esophagostomy; mobilization of left and right phrenicocolic ligaments; formation of trapezoid graft from transverse mesentery, with graft facing colon; fixation of anastomosed organs to antevertebral fascia of posterior mediastinum above and below zone of anastomosis; bringing of graft to posterior mediastinum; suturing of graft over front surface of anastomosed organs above and below anastomosis; suturing of graft from right and left, to edges of mediastinal pleura; installation of drainage tube into formed hollow and its bringing to front abdominal wall through abdominal cavity.
