FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves creating vascular anastomosis with the right thoracic artery and setting vascular catheters for carrying out angiographic examination and introducing rheological solutions. The left gastric artery is mobilized with bifurcation area being retained. Vascular catheter is introduced into descendant branch of the gastric artery via the main trunk of the gastric artery so that lateral catheter orifice is set at the level of anterior esophagocardial fundus artery. Then, vascular anastomosis is built by suturing interior thoracic artery end to side of the anterior esophagocardial fundus artery. The second vascular catheter is introduced into the first intercostal artery stump. Rheological solutions are infused via both catheters.
EFFECT: improved gastric transplant blood supply; prevented gastroesophageal anastomosis inconsistency.
