FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming trepanation window in projection of cystic focus with cortical plate selected exceeding in size the cystic cavity. Bone defect formed after excochleation is partially filled. Spongy matter taken from healthy zone of calcaneus is used as free autograft. The cortical plate is applied in closing the trepanation window. A part of the cortical plate formed within the boundaries of healthy tissues by applying compression-distraction apparatus.
