FIELD: branches of industry employing electric filters to clean waste gases. SUBSTANCE: regeneration of electric filter takes place thanks to simultaneous shaking of all electrodes of each field. All hammers of shaking mechanism are installed in one plane on one side of hammer shaft. Switching off voltage for definite time with shaking of electrodes makes it possible to clean filters better and due to this to increase intervals between consequent shakings which reduces summary secondary entrainment. Simultaneous shaking of precipitation and corona-forming electrodes contributes to decrease of secondary entrainment and to removal of dust and gas mixture from hopper of regenerated field into feeding gas conduit of electric filter. Realization of given process makes it possible to decease significantly number of apparatuses for ash handling and new design of ash handling apparatus provides for normal operation in case of simultaneous ingress of large amount of ash into it. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of process and gear. 4 cl, 3 dwg
