FIELD: electrical cleaning of gases from dust.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical cleaning of gases from dust. The device contains a control unit, power supplies and storage bins connected to the housing, which contains a set of corona and precipitation electrodes, shaking drives for precipitation electrodes connected to the control unit, an output dust sensor, hammer shaft encoders and seismic sensors. The shaking drives are mechanically connected to the hammer shafts, on which the hammers, encoders and seismic sensors are fixed. Corona and precipitation electrodes, shaking actuators, output dust sensor, hammer shaft encoders, and seismic sensors are grouped by filtration fields. The encoders are designed to control the position of the hammers. The seismic sensors are designed to control the impact force of the hammers on the precipitation electrodes. The control unit is made with the ability to analyze the readings of the output dust sensor and with the ability to form control signals for power sources based on them, as well as with the ability to analyze the readings of encoders and seismic sensors and with the ability to form control signals for the shaking drives of precipitation electrodes based on them.

EFFECT: solution increases the efficiency and performance factor at lower power consumption of electricity, increases the service life at low current loads, reduces the wear of mechanical elements, and there are no overloads of dust-loading elements.
