In the lower position the pipes are connected to the bunker through holes in the bunker cover. For shaking-off of sticky dust the power supply of the shaken-off electrodes can be tripped.

EFFECT: increase of level of purification of gases due to exception of ablation of dust during shaking of electrodes.
