FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of electrical cleaning of gases and dust and may be used mostly in heat and power engineering, in chemical, metallurgical industries and construction materials industry, with provision of gases cleaning degree increase and improvement of electrical filter reliability. Electrical filter contains casing with diffuser and confusor accordingly at the inlet and outlet, depositing and corona-forming electrodes installed in casing with suspension system, gas distributing elements, which are installed in diffuser, shaking mechanism, power supply and bunkers. Device is equipped with gas distributing grid installed in confusor after the active zone, which is fixed in its top part at the height of 30-60% from the height of electrodes with the possibility of its bottom part horizontal movement in direction of gas flow movement, and latches that are installed symmetrically in relation to the grid vertical axis. Amplitude of gas distributing grid vibration in relation to latches makes from 50 to 100% of grid width, the height of gas distributing grid makes 40-70% from the height of electrodes from the bottom edge of confusor, and its live section makes at least 50%.

EFFECT: increase of gases cleaning degree and reliability of electrical filter operation.
