10-0.45), AsxSe1-x (X=0-0.60). FIELD: electronic technology, fiber optics, and electronography more particularly synthesis of glasses AsxS1-x (X= 0.10-0.45), AsxSe1-x (X=0-0.60). SUBSTANCE: reaction chamber containing As, S and Se is further added with Cl in sealed container and chamber is then evacuated and container containing chlorine is made to open, and chamber is heated to 600 C to obtain gradient cm-1 which is equal or higher than room temperature in chamber. Method makes it possible to prepare elementary As, S, Se and As-S, As-Se and As-S-Se system chalcogenide glasses containing Tmax≥ 600°C-Tmin≤ wt % of impurities. EFFECT: more efficient preparation method and increased transparency of glasses within frequency range of 750-4000 ≤ 1×10-4.
