FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying serological examination of blood. Food stuff extract is added to testee whole blood sample. Erythrocyte sedimentation rate is measured during 1 h in case and control samples. Difference between the former and the latter is calculated and divided by sedimentation rate in control sample. The resulting value being greater than 0.2, high sensitivity to the given food product is considered to be found. EFFECT: improved diagnosis accuracy.
