FIELD: medicine, hematology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automation of laboratory clinical investigation methods. Method involves using a standard single immunological plate in well of that a blood sample to be analyzed with anti-coagulant is used by automatic dispenser and precipitation dynamics of blood cells is recorded by measurement of changes the blood plasma luminescence intensity value over upper border of a layer of precipitating blood cells and depending on time for required period. Using the proposed method provides enhancing safety of results in determination of the rate dynamics changes in blood cells precipitation, to decrease blood volume necessary for analysis and to decrease labor consumptions by enhancing technological effectiveness of series changes.
EFFECT: improved assay method.
