FIELD: gas-discharge equipment, in particular, for illumination of public places, production areas, roads, glass houses, sporting halls, and so on. SUBSTANCE: device has bulb with filler, grid resonator, waveguide, magnetron, optical filter, photodetector, subtraction circuit, reference voltage generator, amplifier, source of anode magnetron controlled voltage (current), and electric motor for lamp rotation. When non-electrode lamp is switched on, voltage is applied to all of its units. This results in excitation of lamp emission in blue spectrum range. When temperature of non-electrode lamp increases, emission spectrum moves to red spectrum range. When voltage on photodetector decreases or increases with respect to level of reference voltage of generator, then subtraction circuit outputs control signal for decreasing or increasing magnetron anode voltage. This results in alteration of light flow in given red and/or infrared spectral band and automatic stabilization of complete spectrum in visible light output by lamp. EFFECT: increased reliability and ecological safety. 1 dwg
