FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has two subsystems, each having two bearing arches having slots the whole length long. The arches are joined by two threaded rods or by hinged joint. Rod holders are mounted on the arches and movable in the slots. The rod holders have cantilever with longitudinal slot connected to the arch by means of threaded limb with a nut and hexahedral cylinder having two canals set in perpendicular relation to each other. Bone rod is mounted in the transverse canal. Threaded connection as bolt with check nut is set in the longitudinal canal. Hinged joint connecting the arches has four threaded rods connected in pairs to each other by means of bolt and nut. One end of the threaded rod is placed into arch slot and fixed in it. Opening is made on the other end of the rod for bolt and nut to be set. EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic complications due to reposition; higher rigidity in fixing the fractured bone fragments. 2 cl, 4 dwg
