FIELD: traumatology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology; it can be used for reposition and fixation of bone fragments with bilateral fractures of pubic and/or sciatic pelvic bones with displacement of bone fragments. The device includes a pelvic support installation of a unit for external fixation on wings of iliac bones. The installation consists of two arcs interconnected with a beam along a front surface, to which a bone rod is attached. A bone retractor is installed at front ends of pelvic supports. The bone retractor is made of two intersecting branches in the form of plates with perforation, connected with a bolt in the center. Front ends of branches are connected to front ends of pelvic supports. Distal ends of branches are interconnected with a thread rod by means of fixation with a keg nut. At front ends of pelvic supports, brackets are installed, to which a support beam in the form of a plate with a slot in the center is attached, connected to a reposition beam, using two rods. The reposition beam is installed with centering on the pubic articulation. Support and reposition beams are made of X-ray-negative metal. Cone-shaped bone rods are introduced into horizontal branches of pubic bones and are fixed using a hinge node to the reposition beam.

EFFECT: reduction in time of surgical intervention, provision of a possibility of single moment or gradual elimination of fragment displacement, increase in rigidity of fragment fixation, reduction in traumatism of soft tissues.
