FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for treating pelvic fractures. Device includes a pelvic support consisting of separate elements connected with possibility of movement relative to each other by means of a connection unit, reposition assemblies and threaded rods for attachment to pelvic support by means of brackets. Separate elements of the pelvic support are made in the form of two support frames in the form of plates bent in the sagittal plane at angle of 120 degrees, with formation of two equal-length branches—iliac and pubic. At the ends of the iliac and pubic branches and at the junction of the iliac and pubic branches there are round holes, and at the center of the branches there are longitudinal through slots separated by isthmuses. There is a stiffening rib along the inner surface of the support frame. Device contains a hinged rod holder, which consists of a bracket with a shank, an elongated nut and a bolt with a lock nut. Elongated nut has two holes, one of the holes is a smooth transverse channel, and second hole is longitudinal channel with thread passing inside nut to intersection with smooth transverse channel. Threaded leg of bracket with shank is installed in longitudinal slot of support frame. Device contains remote rod holder, which consists of bracket with shank, bracket with internal thread, two elongated nuts, two bolts with lock nuts and threaded stud. Elongated nuts have two holes, one of the holes is a smooth transverse channel, and the second hole is a longitudinal threaded channel passing inside the nut until crossing the smooth transverse channel. Threaded pin is equal to the distance from the support frame to the rod. Threaded leg of the bracket with a shank entering the remote rod holder is installed in the longitudinal slot of the support frame. Proposed device comprises support frame connection assembly to displace relative to each other and composed of front connecting beam. In the center of the front connecting beam there are longitudinal through slots separated by isthmuses. Threaded rods are installed in longitudinal through slots for fixation of front connecting beam to support frames by screwing on rods of lock nuts from above and from below of front connecting beam. Device comprises joints of front connecting beam with support frames of device, which consist of a bracket with a shank, an elongated nut and a bolt with a lock nut; threaded legs of brackets with shanks included in units of connection of front connecting beam with support frames of device, are installed in round holes on ends of pubic branches of support frames or in longitudinal slots of pubic branches of support frames. Device includes cone-shaped rods introduced into horizontal branches of pubic bones, which are fixed by means of bracket with shank, bolt with lock nut and elongated nut. Elongated nut has two holes, one of the holes is a smooth transverse channel, and second hole is longitudinal channel with thread passing inside nut to intersection with smooth transverse channel. Threaded legs of brackets with shanks are installed in longitudinal through slot of front connecting beam.
EFFECT: design of a device for treating pelvic fractures.
