FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: rotary pulsating apparatus relates to devices for dispersion, homogeneity and transfer of homogeneous mixtures and may be used in production of milk products, sauces, catchups, alcohol, creams, paints, adhesives, water-residual fuel, building materiels, etc. The apparatus combines functions of disperser, homogenizer and pump, and has drive, rotor and stator accommodated in apparatus body. Rotor and stator working surfaces have toothed members presenting rows of projections and hollows concentrically located over circumference. The apparatus also has pump inlet blades rigidly attached to rotor working surface, pump outlet blades in the form of projections of rotor last row of toothed members and circular grooves made between rows of toothed members of stator and rotor. Number of pump outlet blades exceeds that of pump inlet blades made of the same or different height and thickness. Projections and hollows of each row of rotor and stator toothed members are displaced over circumference with respect to preceding row. Number of projections in rows of toothed members increases from center to periphery, number of hollows and central angle of toothed member hollows of rotor and stator are of different values. EFFECT: higher operating reliability, convenience in operation and servicing, improvement of ergonomic characteristics in combination with production of high grade products. 4 cl, 4 dwg
