The dynamic activator contains a housing, a rotor and a stator installed in the housing to form a pump, on the working surfaces of which there are rows of gear elements arranged concentrically around the circumference in the form of protrusions and depressions with the formation of slots, and a rotor spinning drive, while axial channels for the supply of mixture and water are located in the stator, and between the rows of gear elements of the rotor and the stator there are annular grooves. In addition, toothed slots are made on the inner surface of the stator opposite the slots on the rotor with an inclination in the direction opposite to the direction of rotation of the rotor blades.

EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to improve the quality of fuel and reduce the energy loss of the activator.
