FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for dispersion, homogenising and mixing of two immiscible fluids that combine the functions of disperser, homogeniser, pump and batcher in preparation of water-fuel emulsion. Proposed machine comprises rotor and stator arranged in the housing with toothed elements made at their surfaces and composed of concentric rows arranged in circle and including ledges and recesses. Machine comprises pump inlet vanes, outlet vanes and circular grooves. Said grooves are made between rotor and stator toothed element rows to accommodate ledges of said ledges. Impeller is rigidly fitted on rotor shaft. Inlet and discharge pipes are arranged on the cover, their axes extending in the plane crossing the impeller end face at its mid part. Inlet pipe is connected with said pump while outlet pipe is communicated with machine intake pipe.

EFFECT: higher efficiency.
