FIELD: mechanical engineering technology. SUBSTANCE: device is used for machining of precise holes or other surfaces of toothed wheels, for installation and attachment of parts with centering of them according to side surfaces of rim teeth. Device has disc, clamping sleeve and guide bushing positioned on body. The above-mentioned parts are movable in axial direction. Centering members in the form of separate prismatic teeth are arranged in radial holes of guide bushing. Centering members form closed circular circuit and interact with side surfaces of wheel teeth and with clamping sleeve which imparts motion to centering members from drive along with disc. Use of the device reduces basing error. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of centering. 2 dwg
