FIELD: manufacture of moisture-resistant paper products with increased absorbing capacity. SUBSTANCE: noncrept fabric is manufactured from thread having combination of cellulose fibers with increased yield, such as fibers of bleached chemothermomechanical cellulose, and contains agent for imparting moisture resistance to fibers of fabric in the process of through drying without creeping. Even after soaking of product manufactured from such fabric, it resumes its resiliency upon compression by hand. Such fabric may be used for manufacture of handkerchiefs, high-quality post paper, towels, napkins possessing increased elasticity in wet state. EFFECT: wider range of products made from fabric and improved moisture-absorbing properties. 37 cl, 1 dwg, 4 tbl, 12 ex
