SUBSTANCE: hydraulic drive has hydraulic pump and pressure accumulator, pressure and return main lines placed in communication in turn with slave hydraulic cylinder by spool distributor controlled by electromagnetic. Piston of slave hydraulic cylinder acts onto valve of internal combustion engine to open the valve. To preclude impact contact of valve with piston of internal combustion engine at operation irregularities in drive control system, additional plunger-spool is provided which is moved by cam camshaft ensuring synchronous operation of valve and crank-and-connecting rod mechanisms. Damping chamber formed by ring recess in hydraulic cylinder and ring projection on its piston provides definite limitation of valve maximum lift smooth seating of valve on its seat.
