FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical industry, namely to a drug in a solid dosage form for treating tissue helminthiasis selected from echinococcus and alveococcosis. Proposed agent contains 35–65 wt. % of copolymer of N-vinylpyrrolidone and 2-methyl-5-vinylpyridine of formula (I) as an active substance, where M monomer link of formula (II) , n is 30–38 mol. % and viscosity-average molecular weight of copolymer M_μ is equal to 15–28 kDa, and as pharmaceutically acceptable excipients: a) 55–33.5 wt. % of at least one substance used as filler and binder selected from lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, isomalt, mannitol, saccharose, potato starch, corn starch, dextranes, cyclodextranes, pregelatinised starch, and at least one binder selected from purified water, polyvinylpyrrolidone and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose; b) 10–1.5 wt. % of at least one sliding, selected from silicon colloidal dioxide, sodium stearyl fumarate, talc, stearic acid.

EFFECT: invention provides a wider range of products for treating echinococcosis and alveococcosis, having less toxicity.
