FIELD: spacecraft attitude control systems. SUBSTANCE: device is made in two versions. Particular cases of turn are recognized by unit determining the parameters of rotation about body axis which initiates process of searching optimal output parameters of regular precession in common cases. Change in magnitudes of above-mentioned parameters is ensured by argument shaping unit and optimized function computing unit; moment of discontinuation of search is determined either by signal shaping unit showing attaining of optimal function (according to first version) or regular precession readiness parameter signal shaping unit (according to second version). Organization of feedback of closed circuit is effected by means of turn parameter analysis unit or control function determination unit whose output is connected with input of argument shaping unit. Specific type of minimized function is determined by optimized function parameter setter. Parameters of regular precession thus are transmitted to outputs of device by switching unit provided with switching control circuit. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 cl, 10 dwg
