SUBSTANCE: converter includes pulse shaper, pulse generator, two control units, NO-gate, flip-flop, three AND-gates, pulse counter, register, switch unit, memory unit, unit for inhibiting formation of signal "Ready". Apparatus converts signals with wide range of duration; minimum duration value is limited by conversion error; maximum duration value is limited by capacity of pulse counter.
