The first rod has one or more longitudinal channels filled with combustible mixture of powders of chemical substances. Applied to match surface is protective coating. Combustible mixture contains ammonium perchlorate as oxidizer, titanium powder as combustible, bronze powder as a stabilizer, and organic additives with the following ratio of components, wt.%: ammonium perchlorate, 40-58; titanium powder, 30-55; bronze powder, 8-12; organic additives, 1-5.
