FIELD: microbiology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mixture of bacteriocins obtained from the strain-producer Streptococcus thermophilus CNCM 1-1351. Bacteriocins have amino acid sequences SEQ 1D N 1 and SEQ 1D N 2. Bacteriocins are obtained by culturing the strain-producer in medium and under conditions that are favorable for its growth and up to the content of microorganisms in medium 107-109 bacterial cells/ml followed by centrifugation of culture and preparing supernatant extract containing the end product.
