FIELD: timber, wood-working and other industries. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wood drying facilities. Drying chamber, into which material to be dried is placed, has bottom with two spaces. Hot combustion products from flue of furnace in which wood wastes are combusted are delivered to one of spaces. Hot air heated in pipes arranged in furnace flue is delivered to other space. This hot air is used as drying agent. Hot drying agent from bottom space passes into lower part of drying chamber and, passing through material to be dried, rises into upper part of drying chamber. Part of used drying agent from chamber upper part is directed according to closed cycle into furnace flue for heating, and other part is delivered into cleaning unit where it is mixed with flue gases to clean them by condensing.
