FIELD: environment protection. SUBSTANCE: chamber made in form of hollow cylinder is arranged in housing partially filled with liquid. At least two through holes pointed to surface of liquid in housing are made in lower part of hollow cylinder along its generatrix. Hollow cylinder has ring-shaped flat end face cover plates parallel to each other and rigidly connected to edges of hollow cylinder side surface. Hollow cylinder is installed in housing to ejecting liquid through its holes. Device is furnished with inlet branch pipe, suction fan in communication with chamber and container for liquid communicating with housing through pipe. Place of pipe-to-housing connection is located under constantly maintained liquid level in housing. According to second design version, device is furnished with cleaned air outlet arrangement consisting of two pipes closing through holes in flat end face cover plates of hollow cylinder.
