FIELD: material for removal of fat and other spots from articles. SUBSTANCE: cleaning cloth is made of nonwoven material and includes viscose and/or polypropylene filaments with linear density of 0.31-2.2 tex used in the ratio of 0-10:90-100 wt.%. Filaments are thermally secured one with the other. Nonwoven material has surface density within the range of 45-300 g/sq. m and volumetric density of 0.08-0.1 g/cu.cm. Nonwoven material is further secured by sealing or needle stitching. At least one of outer layers is made rough. Cloth possesses improved cleaning qualities, sufficient wear-resistance without usage of special impregnating compositions and abrasive additives and may be used for removal of dust, fat and other deposits from articles, such as cover or tea sets, metal utensils, enameled or chrome-plated surfaces.
