FIELD: milling method and equipment. SUBSTANCE: method involves milling material in mill with rotors mounted in horizontal plane for rotation in opposite directions; speeding up material adapted to be milled by blades of first rotor; providing percussion actions by blades of rotor rotating in opposite directions; directing material along first rotor trajectory path at slight angle onto screen for separation; directing remaining large-sized fraction along curved channels for repeated starting-up, percussion and separation; performing mentioned stages in chamber working sections isolated one from the other and interconnected via flows of insufficiently milled material; separating fine fraction between milling stages. Percussion action is provided at stages of different intensity. Mill has casing, rotors positioned inside casing, screens disposed circumferentially of rotors, rotor disks equipped with rows of blades and defining separate working zones communicated with curved channels outside the chamber. Curved channels make continuation of screens and terminate in working zones. Width of channel for large-sized fraction of material is equal to width of row of blades of rotor adjacent to axis.
