FIELD: grinding equipment. SUBSTANCE: mill has working chamber, rotors mounted in chamber for rotation in opposite directions and equipped with blades imparting accelerating motion or collision to material under grinding process, with direction of rotation being alternatively changed. Grinding process is carried out in at least two stages, each being performed in separate working zone. Fine fraction is separated after termination of each stage. Coarse fraction is moved in reverse direction via single channel passing into two separate cross-over channels. Additional sieve is located in single channel. Material, in particular, grain or tubers, ground in such mill has uniform structure with minimum dust fraction content.
