FIELD: devices for grinding loose products; formula feed and flour industries. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has housing and deflecting members located on sieve. Housing is provided with inlet and outlet branch pipes and rotor surrounded by sieve over entire circumference. Deflecting members are mounted for rotation on surface of sieve both in way of rotation of surface and in opposing direction.
