FIELD: automatic temperature control. SUBSTANCE: for controlling furnace temperature, heater control signal is generated by computer program. To this end, additional dependence is given according to proposed equations in which heater control signal is a function of furnace temperature, preset heating or cooling rate, pressure within furnace, and time from first moment of furnace operation (heating, cooling, or isothermal time). Mentioned additional dependences make it possible to reduce deviations from desired conditions within comprehensive range of temperatures and rates of heating and cooling by 1.5-3 times compared with well-known PID algorithm.
