FIELD: study of materials, physical and chemical analysis of materials, development of technologies for their manufacture, inspection of technological processes. SUBSTANCE: method involves measurement of change of mass of sample with heating. Measurements are conducted on two samples as minimum at different heating rates. Dependence of integral change of mass of sample on temperature and time is measured for each sample and dependence of integral flow of masses of components desorbing from sample on temperature is determined as product of derivative from change of mass with temperature by heating rate of sample. Integral flow of mass is resolved into components in spectrum and dependence of partial change of mass of individual components on temperature and time is found. Thermodynamic and kinetic characteristics of material are determined by obtained dependencies.
