FIELD: mobile communication. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to mobile communication system, specifically, for transmission to base station of message on relay module which is failing in relaying mobile communication system which incorporates assemblage of relay modules. Technical result of invention consists in development of technique and device to monitor state of emergency signalling of relay modules directly from base station. Mentioned result is achieved by incorporation of collection of relay modules to send message on failing module in device of emergency signalling in relaying mobile communication system. Relay modules test properly whether self-relay module is failing. Unit of relaying interface informs base station on condition of emergency signalling in correspondence with failure of particular relay module.
