FIELD: mobile code- division multiple access communication systems. SUBSTANCE: upon receiving request on channel allocation for system mobile station message is generated that includes information about establishment of communication incorporating channel information pointing to Walsh code to be used for channel allocated by given mobile station and index of quasi- orthogonal function. Base station controller generates message acknowledging communication establishment and upon reception of acknowledgement message allocates channel to mobile station.
