FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves stenosing adducting intestinal loop 2 cm far from gastroenteroanastomosis by means of purse-string suture with silk ligature after making stomach resection operation. Abducting loop is transected 10 cm far from the anastomosis. The oral end of the abducting loop is end-to-side anastomosed with duodenal stump. Its aboral end is end-to-side anastomosed with the adducting loop below the stenosed segment. EFFECT: improved junction of anastomosed loops; prevented blood supply and innervation disorders and too large tension of intestinal anastomoses. 2 dwg
