FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making preauricular and postauricular incision to hairy part of the head towards the place the temporal muscle is fixed and to the lateral surface of the neck. External plate of the temporal fascia with a fragment of aponeurosis is cut out. It is thrown downwards by 180 deg. Soft tissues of the face and separated cutanosubcutaneous fatty flap are attached to the cut out fascial aponeurosis flap using rows of sutures running in parallel to nasolabial fold. EFFECT: prevented soft tissues ptosis. 3 dwg
