FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to plastic surgery and cosmetology. Symmetrically on each half of face in soft tissues through puncture of skin surgical threads are introduced, as which threads are used with opposite directed notches, and ends of threads are brought out to surface of skin and additionally fixed by application of surgical units, which are recessed in soft tissues. Skin puncture is performed in the temporal region of the head, and the surgical sutures are delivered through dense ligaments and septa having a tight fibrous structure, which enable them to be reliably fixed. Surgical sutures are additionally introduced through the skin puncture in the frontal aponeurosis and through the skin puncture in the parotid region. Skin puncture in the frontal aponeurosis is carried out in the scalp at distance of 2 cm from its edge, from where two surgical sutures are inserted towards the bridge of nose, two surgical sutures are introduced along a curved trajectory towards a lateral edge of the eyebrow, and three surgical sutures are introduced along a curved trajectory through the temporal region along a zygomatic arch, passing a zygomatic ligament, a buccal septum and further towards a nasolabial fat package with fixation therein. From the puncture point in the temporal region, five surgical sutures are introduced, two of which are introduced in the direction of the nasolabial fold in the projection of the superior lip, and three – through the lower temporal septum, bilinous ligaments and cheek septal partitions along the lateral temporal-buccal fat, passing through chewing-skin ligaments, to the mandibular ligament and chin muscle fibers. Through the skin puncture in the BTE area, five surgical threads are introduced into the soft tissues of the neck in the subcutaneous fat in a fan-like manner through the ligamentous structures of the neck, fixing through the ear-platysmal cervical, cervical-sublingual, cervical-submental ligaments, the mandibular septum and the mandibular ligament, respectively.
EFFECT: method provides higher injury safety and reliability of the intervention, prolonged preservation of tissue fixation in order to rejuvenate the face and neck.
