FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: medical valve can be used in parenteral injection systems. Sealing for connecting syringe with catheter has first end, connected by connecting aid, second end made for reception of catheter, and slot connected with first and second ends. Slot has to be flat in essence and it sets limited fluid flow and relatively small internal space. Slot has area of minimal width, bigger width area at side of minimal width area being distant from slot opening, and area of narrowing width between slot opening and maximal width area. When catheter is introduced into slot opening, widened path of fluid flow is preset as well as bigger internal volume. When catheter is removed, slot partially gets narrower to define limited path of fluid flow and relatively small internal volume. As a result, fluid flow is created which is directed to patient when medical tool is removed from valve.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of operation.
