FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Rod Luer-lock connector is intended for connection with receiving Luer-lock connector for supply of medical liquid. Receiving connector has front contacting surface and internal valve. Rod connector contains tubular sace which has distal end and proximal end. Distal end is intended for cohesion with receiving connector and contains division section and means for creating vacuum, made with possibility to create low vacuum on distal end of tubular case when rod connector is detached from receiving connector during the time when receiving valve is closed. Vacuum-creating means is located in tubular case and contains proximal valve, distal valve, vacuum-creating means, which at the initial moment keeps proximal valve closed and keeps distal valve open, when valve of receiving connector closes with detachment of receiving connector from rod connector. Means for creating vacuum when rod and receiving connectors are separated is made with possibility to suck up liquid, remaining on division section. Described are rod connector and method of detaching rod connector from receiving connector.
EFFECT: elimination of leakage of liquids dangerous for patient.
