FIELD: manufacture of centrifuges. SUBSTANCE: method includes installation inside gas centrifuge body, provided with cover and magnet with pole piece, rotor with ferromagnetic bushing on upper cover and arrangement in rotor of collector with circulator having a nose. Magnet is preliminarily centered by magnetic field by moving of pole piece over working end face of magnet up to definite value of misalignment, for instance, 0.1 mm. Direction of displacement of axis of magnetic field of magnet pole piece system relative to geometric axis of pope piece seating surface is marked on magnet. Mark is made on collector perpendicular to direction of circulator nose. These marks are located on line coinciding with collector axis. EFFECT: higher accuracy of centering the collector and circulator and selecting tube relative to rotor wall, higher efficiency of gas centrifuge. 4 dwg
