FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: gas centrifuge has a body with a cover, a thin-walled cylindrical rotor installed in the body and provided with a cover and a gas collector placed in its cavity consisting of stationary tubes of gaseous mixture and sampling tubes of heavy and light fractions concentrically arranged with gaps, a lower support of the rotor and its upper magnetic support containing a ferromagnetic bushing secured to the rotor cover and enclosing the outer tube of the gas collector with a gap, and a cylindrical magnet axially magnetized with pole shoe installed above said bushing on the body cover. In this case, inlet holes of the sampling tubes of gas fractions are installed opposite to vector sum of radial and axial motion directions of circulating gas layers and displacement of flow caused by Coriolis acceleration.
EFFECT: increased separation efficiency of gas mixture due to optimised arrangement of sampling tubes holes to gas flows.
