FIELD: organophosphorus compounds, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cyclic organophosphorus compounds of the formula Z-R1 (I) where Z is taken among the group including: a) H2N-C2-5-alkylene; b) pyridyl- -3-C1-5; c) C2-6-alkyl-(N-CH3)C2H4; R1 is taken among the following structures: (a) and (b) where X means OH and Cl that are intermediate compounds for synthesis of γ-amino-1- -hydroxyalkylidene-1,1-bisphosphonic acids of the formulas: (IIIA) , (IIIB) and (IIIC) where Z has the above indicated values; M is base cation. Method of synthesis of indicated compounds involves: a) continuous mixing aminoalkane- -carboxylic acid of the formula 2-COOH with H3PO3 and PCl3 in methanesulfoacid or, optionally, with PCl3/ in methanesulfoacid to yield and isolate compounds of the formula Z-R1 (I); b) continuous addition of an aqueous base to yield compounds of the formulas (IIA) , (IIB) or (IIC) ; c) hydrolysis of the above indicated mixture to yield compounds of the formulas (IIIA), (IIIB) or (IIIC) in practically pure form and high yield in continuous process.
