FIELD: railway transport; permanent way; construction and repair of rail tracks. SUBSTANCE: proposed machine has frame I resting on running bogies, rail track stabilizer and measuring system with track position pickups. Stabilizer consists of carrying frame 6 resting on bogie, and vibrounit 8 installed on carrying frame. Pneumatic shock absorbers 9 are installed between carrying frame and vibrounit. Shock absorbers are operated by measuring system by changing pressure in their spaces. Carrying frame is connected with frame of machine through hydraulic cylinders 5 provided with two rods with pistons. With one of them being shifted, rail track stabilizer is set into operation. Displacement of other rod is controlled by measuring system changing sections of shock absorber spaces. EFFECT: provision of change of static forces pressing vibrounit to track skeleton and control of intensity of track sag. 2 cl, 3 dwg
