FIELD: railway transport; locking and sealing of railway cars, containers and other units. SUBSTANCE: in proposed locking-and-sealing device locking member is made with one-side chamfered teeth engaging at locking with one-side chamfered teeth made on inner cylindrical surface of two similar fixing members arranged in space of housing blind slot. External surfaces of fixing members engaging at locking and surfaces of housing slot walls are made flat and tilted. Through hole communicating with space of housing blind slot is made in side wall of housing. Longitudinal axis of through hole is aligned with longitudinal axis of housing blind slot. Spring loading fixing members is installed in space of housing blind slot so that its one end engages with end face surfaces of fixing members and other end, with surface of solid wall of housing slot. EFFECT: improved reliability of locking, safety of equipment in containers, provision of small-size flat device convenient in use. 10 cl, 8 dwg
