FIELD: locking and sealing of objects. SUBSTANCE: device is used when it is expedient to use flexible connection in the form of length of wire rope. Provision is made for break-off element which is intended for attachment to device locking statement. Break-off element contains sealing information which coincides with sealing information used in statement of device sanctioned opening. Device uses two versions of lock interacting with holder after length of wire rope is tightened in body. Lock in the first and second versions of device is provided with circular groove along which lock self-breaking occurs when lock interacts with holder as soon as maximum preset forces of lock action on holder and length of wire rope are attained. Break-off element made flat preferably is positioned on lock handle. The invention excludes ill-intentioned action on elements fixing of wire rope length and arranged in body.
