FIELD: railway transport; locking and sealing of railway cars and containers. SUBSTANCE: device is designed for locking with lead-sealing of any objects where use of flexible tie in form of cable length is expedient. Proposed device features reduced overall dimensions, simple design, high reliability and improved protective properties. This is provided owing to the fact that one end of cable length is rigidly secured preliminarily in housing and second end is pulled at locking through housing to form loop and is fixed in housing by means of two similar rollers provided with round groove in middle of side cylindrical surface. Rollers engage with inclined flat surfaces made in through space of housing and with spring-loaded pusher. Device is furnished with lock made in form of compression spring and installed in housing for engagement with outer surface of pusher when device is locked and in prepared for locking state. Device has also core for holding rollers and pusher in initial position. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of locking and lead-sealing. 10 cl, 5 dwg
